Return and Refund Policy

The return and refund process and warranty claim are straightforward. Ensure that you may only claim the merchandise within 24 hours, after which your request will be denied.

  • All of the mobile phones we've sent are originals with legitimate warranties.
  • The item must be returned in its original condition.
  • If you get an electronic item that is damaged/broken, expired, or does not match its description, you may return it for a replacement or exchange within 24 hours.
  • For complaints, please call the official number or send an email to encasedgizmos@gmail.com.
  • If you are unable to reach us through phone, you must send us an email within the allotted period.
  • You must provide your order number and a valid cause for the return in your complaint.
  • The warranty period for products imported from China is limited to 24 hours, after which no claims will be processed.
  • Electronic items with a 6-month or 1-year manufacturer's warranty must be claimed at the manufacturer's service facility.
  • If the package is opened or unopened, you must notify us.
  • If the product is damaged during delivery or an item is missing from the package, please contact us with the pertinent information.
  • The mobile warranty claim will be sent to the service centre of the manufacturer.
  • Returns are only accepted if the goods has not been opened.
  • Return of opened merchandise is permitted only if a defect is discovered.
  • If a claim of defect is made on a non-defective purchase, the client will be responsible for the shipping costs.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client.
  • We accept delivery through any courier service.


Refund Procedure

  • The quantity of any item will not be returned.
  • Your defective items will be replaced within a few days.
  • You may also get a voucher for that amount and use it to purchase any other goods.
  • To get a coupon, you must contact us.
